Is it picky eating, or something more serious? | CASA on Global News Morning

An aversion to green vegetables and slimy textures can be common in kids and adults alike, so it can be hard for parents to tell if it’s just “normal” picky eating, or something more serious.

Charlotte Kot, occupational therapist at CASA Mental Health, joined Global News Edmonton to tell us what selective eating means for our kids and when to seek support.

Watch CASA on Global News Morning Edmonton at 7:20 on the first Thursday of every month. Each “Your Mental Health” segment features a specialist from CASA talking about relevant mental health topics to children and families in our community.
