Donating Securities
When you make a gift of securities to CASA Mental Health, you’re impacting kids’ mental health. Donating publicly-traded securities eliminates the capital gains tax you would have to pay if you sold the securities and then donated the proceeds. You’ll also receive a charitable tax receipt for your donation.
Giving is simple. Talk to your financial advisor about which investments make the most financial and philanthropic impact. Then ask your broker to transfer your securities to CASA Mental Health by completing our transfer form. And finally, get in touch and let us know you have made a gift so we can show our appreciation!
