Talking with your kids about healthy versus unhealthy relationships | CASA on Global Morning News

Many of us are making dinner reservations or out buying gifts to get ready for Valentine’s Day, whether you’re planning to celebrate with friends or a romantic partner. And for those of us with preteen or teen children, it may also be a good time to talk with your kids about what makes for a healthy relationship.

Caitlin Ebbers, program manager at CASA Mental Health, joined Global to help caregivers understand what makes for healthy versus unhealthy relationships, and cover some tips on how to start that conversation with your teen.

Watch the segment here.

Watch CASA on Global News Morning Edmonton at 7:20 on the first Thursday of every month. Each “Your Mental Health” segment features a specialist from CASA talking about relevant mental health topics to children and families in our community.
