How parents can respond to kids’ defiance | CASA on Global Morning News

Around ages three or four, kids start to explore defiance, meaning they discover the word “no.” Kirsten Kachuk, registered psychologist and program supervisor at CASA Mental Health, joined Global Morning News Edmonton to explain why it is such a huge part of preschoolers’ vocabularies, and offer productive ways for parents to respond.
