Life-Work Harmony

The Benefits of Working at CASA

CASA is working hard to become an employer of choice. We do that by promoting life-work harmony and a rewarding compensation package.

CASA’s salary structure is externally competitive and internally equitable, with annual raises tied to the collective bargaining agreement for unionized staff and performance objectives for non-union staff.

We value the biological, psychological, social, spiritual and overall wellness of all employees. In addition to annual vacation entitlement, staff receive an additional week of wellness leave. Staff also receive paid leave for illness, education, bereavement, moving and more.

As a mental health organization, it only makes sense that CASA offers increased benefit coverage for psychology, psychiatry and other mental health services. Other features of CASA’s benefits plan include competitive paramedical and vision coverage, a flexible spending account, a parental leave top-up, and coverage for fertility treatments and gender-affirming prescription drugs.

Accommodation Requests

CASA Mental Health values diversity and inclusivity within its staff, recognizing the enrichment it brings to our organization and community. We actively strive to eliminate barriers and encourage applications from underrepresented groups. We offer accommodations for applicants through the entire recruitment process to ensure a fair assessment of your skills, knowledge and expertise. At CASA, we prioritize equitable and inclusive employment practices. We encourage all candidates to apply, regardless of meeting every qualification, as part of our dedication to diversity and accessibility.

Requests for accommodation can be sent to Human Resources via email at [email protected].

On purpose. With purpose.

CASA Mental Health aims to create a work environment that mirrors the diversity of the people we serve, ensuring the safety and well-being of both staff and patients.

We value and celebrate the unique perspectives, backgrounds, and cultures that unite us as an organization
